Tickets
Terms of sale
These terms apply to tickets for the wine tastings held in Yerevan. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
1. Organiser
The tastings are organised by Massis Group, Yerevan, Armenia. Contact: contact form.
2. Booking and tickets
Tickets are booked on this site, from each tasting’s page: the buyer’s name, email and phone number, then each guest’s name. The sale is complete when payment is accepted. One named ticket with a QR code is issued per person; it is shown immediately and sent by email. Each QR code is valid once. Online booking closes 2 hours before the tasting starts.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD) for reference; the amount charged is the US dollar (USD) amount, including any applicable taxes, shown before payment. Payment is by card on Stripe’s secure page. Any currency conversion fee charged by your bank is yours to pay.
4. Minimum age and alcohol
Tastings are for people aged 18 and over. ID may be requested at the door; minors are refused entry without refund. Wine is served in small tasting measures; the organiser may refuse to serve anyone who is intoxicated.
L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé. À consommer avec modération. (Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink responsibly.)
5. Cancellation by the guest
- Full refund up to 48 hours before the tasting starts, on request through the contact form.
- Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
- You may transfer your ticket to another adult at any time: email us their name before the tasting.
6. Cancellation or changes by the organiser
If a tasting is cancelled, your ticket is refunded in full to the original payment method. If the date changes, you may keep your ticket for the new date or ask for a full refund. Refunds are issued within 7 days; when they reach your account depends on your bank.
7. Right of withdrawal
Leisure tickets for a specific date are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(l), Directive 2011/83/EU). The cancellation policy above applies instead.
8. Liability
The organiser is not liable for events prevented by force majeure. The programme and wine list may be adjusted depending on availability, without changing the nature of the tasting.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
10. Complaints and governing law
Send any complaint through the contact form. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without depriving consumers of the protection given by mandatory laws of their country of residence.
